Her broad expertise spans the full continuum of care—including acute care, sub-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, hospice and palliative care, and private duty services.

A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Registered Nurse, Teresa is also a former Healthcare Facilities Surveyor, bringing a unique and in-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Her track record includes leading organizations to achieve perfect surveys, 5-Star Ratings, National Quality Awards, and U.S. News & World Report Best Nursing Home designations. She is particularly known for her success with survey turnaround and multi-center system improvements.
