​Melissa Edwards has been a Registered Nurse for the past 30 years, with the last 28 of those dedicated to long term care. She has a wide range of experience in the post-acute care setting including Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing Services, and for the past 13 years focusing on her passion, clinical excellence with MDS, Quality Measures, CMS Quality Initiatives, and clinical reimbursement for Medicare A and Medicaid residents.
