With more than 25 years of nursing experience, Leslie Irizarry has built a distinguished career dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical and operational outcomes in healthcare. She began her nursing career in acute care before specializing in long-term care over the past 23 years. Throughout her career, Leslie has successfully served in a variety of leadership roles, including Charge Nurse, MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing Services, Regional Reimbursement Specialist overseeing multiple facilities, Clinical Nurse Consultant, and most recently, Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement.

As a Clinical Reimbursement Consultant and RAC-CT certified through AAPACN, Leslie partners with healthcare teams to provide expert guidance, education, and practical strategies that support improved quality measures and stronger financial performance for organizations.
