Jennifer Napier is a Registered Nurse who has devoted her career to the long-term-care industry.  She has a passion for sharing her valuable expertise to customers, clinicians and peers specific to post-acute care, reimbursement, and SNF regulations in order to help others grow and thrive in the industry.
 
With over 17 years of experience, Jennifer’s expertise includes CMS quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, MDS coding, billing and reimbursement accuracy, Restorative Nursing, QAPI, 5-star rating improvement, facility leadership and operational development, clinical program development, managing audits and appeals, and previously served in the role of Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement.  Jennifer currently holds multiple certifications from AAPACN including RAC-CT, RAC-CTA, and QCP (QAPI Certified Professional). 
 
As the Practice Director with Engage Consulting, Jennifer works closely with each partner to uncover new opportunities and obstacles and bring strategy, insights, and resources to help partners achieve a new level of excellence.
