Chasity Henry has been a nurse for 30+ years.  She has excelled in various roles in long-term care including Nursing Assistant, LPN, RN, Charge Nurse, Unit Manger, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing Services and MDS Coordinator, multi-facility/multi-state Clinical Reimbursement Specialist and Vice president of Clinical Reimbursement.  She also has extensive training and knowledge of ICD-10 coding guidelines.
